This Privacy Policy explains how ProductStudio collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits or subscriptions, upload product materials, or use our AI content tools.

This policy is written to describe our current product practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice and does not limit any privacy rights you may have under applicable law.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

To provide the Service, we share only the information needed for a specific function with vendors that help us operate ProductStudio. These vendors may include cloud hosting, storage, database, authentication, email, analytics, payment, and AI model or media-processing providers.

For AI generation and editing, your prompts, uploaded media, masks, task metadata, and generated outputs may be transmitted to model or media-processing providers such as Volcano Engine, Evolink, fal.ai, or similar providers configured for ProductStudio. Their processing is governed by their own service terms and data practices.

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use private uploads to train a public ProductStudio model.
  • We require service providers to process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their applicable contracts and policies.

4. How We Share Information

  • With service providers that host, process, transmit, analyze, secure, or support the Service.
  • With payment processors to complete checkout, renewals, refunds, taxes, fraud checks, and payment disputes.
  • With authentication providers, such as Google, if you choose to sign in through them.
  • With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the Service, or our rights.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for personal information.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

5. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service.

Generated media, source files, and task data may be stored while your account is active or as needed for product functionality, security, debugging, and billing records. Temporary processing files may be removed sooner for operational, security, or storage reasons.

  • You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information by contacting support.
  • We may retain limited records where required for tax, accounting, payment dispute, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, HTTPS/TLS, provider-level security controls, webhook signature verification, and audit records for credits and payments.
