Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when ProductStudio may approve refunds, credit returns, or billing adjustments for subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and AI generation activity.
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. What This Policy Covers
- ProductStudio subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans.
- One-time credit pack purchases.
- Credits deducted for AI image, video, copy, or workflow generation tasks.
- Billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and payment-provider disputes.
2. Credit Returns for Failed Generations
If credits are deducted and our system records that an eligible ProductStudio generation task failed before delivering a usable result, ProductStudio may automatically return the deducted credits or return them after support review.
- Credit returns are account credits, not cash refunds.
- A completed generation that you subjectively dislike is usually not a failed generation, but support may review severe quality or delivery issues.
- Failures caused by unsupported inputs, policy-violating prompts, user network issues, deleted source files, or third-party platform restrictions may not qualify.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
- Unauthorized charges after account ownership and payment details are verified.
- A paid subscription or credit pack that you cannot access because of a ProductStudio technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- An accidental initial subscription purchase requested within 14 days where there has been no substantial paid usage.
- An accidental renewal requested within 7 days where there has been no substantial usage after renewal.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds are generally not available for
- Credits already used for successful AI generations or completed workflow tasks.
- One-time credit packs after any purchased credits have been used.
- Subscription periods after substantial paid usage.
- Dissatisfaction with AI style, subjective quality, prompt choices, or marketplace performance when the generation completed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse.
- Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion differences, or payment-provider fees that are not returned by the payment provider.

If local law requires a longer period, the legally required period applies.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@productstudio.top with enough information for us to locate and review the transaction.
- Your ProductStudio account email.
- Order ID, Stripe session ID, Creem checkout ID, invoice number, or transaction ID if available.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- Whether you are requesting a cash refund, account credit return, cancellation, or billing correction.
- A short explanation and any screenshots or error messages.
6. Review and Processing
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 1-2 business days.
- We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership, transaction details, usage, or the reason for the request.
- Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider where possible.
- Payment provider and bank processing times commonly take 5-10 business days and may vary by region and payment method.
- Approved account credit returns usually appear in your ProductStudio account after processing.
7. Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless the refund criteria above or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. You may continue to access paid features until the end of the paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated under the Terms.
8. Chargebacks and Fraud
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent refund requests, or excessive refund activity may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or termination while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
