Automated marketing workflow
Use the workflow when you want one product to become a set of selling points, copy, product images, and video tasks instead of running every tool separately.
When to use the workflow
The automated workflow is for sellers who want a complete marketing material set from product assets. It requires login and email verification.
| Step | What ProductStudio does | What you should check |
|---|---|---|
| Product info | Upload product images and collect product name, category, and notes | Source images are clear and product name is accurate |
| AI analysis | Extract selling points and recommended scenarios | Selling points match the real product |
| Copy planning | Draft titles, selling points, and video scripts | Tone and claims fit your store |
| Generate assets | Create image and video tasks | Count, style, angle, and credits are reasonable |
| Workspace | Show and manage generated output | Download useful assets and retry failed tasks when appropriate |
Prepare product assets
- Start with 1 to 3 representative product images instead of uploading the maximum number.
- Use source images with clear product edges and minimal obstruction.
- Add product notes that emphasize real selling points such as waterproofing, battery life, lightweight design, or suitable scenarios.
Review AI analysis before generation
Do not send analysis results straight into batch generation. Edit or remove selling points that are inaccurate, risky, or not supported by the product.
- Remove claims that cannot be verified.
- Keep the language aligned with your store and category.
- Use the analysis as a planning draft, not as a final legal or platform-compliance review.
Generate a small batch first
- 1Pick a small number of image or video tasks for the first run.
- 2Check whether the style, angle, and product details are usable.
- 3Download successful assets and note which prompt direction worked.
- 4Only increase output volume after the first batch matches your product direction.
Workflow FAQ
Should I upload all 10 images at the start?
No. Start with 1 to 3 strong images so analysis and generation stay focused. Add more only when they improve the product understanding.
Can I publish workflow output directly?
Review it first. Check product accuracy, claims, platform rules, and visual quality before using the output in a store or ad account.
